On May 8, 2024, a return visit to SSRU occurred, where collaborations were established
with Research Nexus Logistics & Transportation, the Office of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) UiTM, MITRANS, and SMRI from February 2–3, 2023.
A meeting took place at the College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand, with the following attendees: Assistant Professor Dr. Chatrat Hotavaisya (Dean of the College of Logistics and Supply Chain), Dr. Putthiwat Waiyawut Thanaphum (Deputy Dean for Research and Academic Services), Dr. Supamit Srisawat (Deputy Dean for Administration), Mr. Kraiwit Sinthukhammoon (Associate Dean of Academic Affairs), Dr. Sarawut Putnuan (Associate Dean of Student Affairs), Dr. Pongtep Phudetch (Deputy Dean for Special Affairs), and Asst. Prof. Dr. Wissawa Aunyawong (Director of Master of Business Administration).
The delegation from ReNeU UiTM includes Assoc. Prof. Ts Dr. Rafeah Legino (Deputy Director, ReNeU Logistics & Transportation), Mrs. Nurulakma Hairoman (Senior Assistant Registrar), and Mrs. Noor Nadia Mohd Nasir (Social Research Officer).
Fruitful discussions ensued, outlining the goals and objectives of the collaboration. Both parties aim to achieve several objectives through this partnership, including enhancing academic exchange, promoting research collaboration, and fostering industry connections via an international joint conference with ReNeU Logistics & Transportation (3rd ICLT 2024), UiTM Kedah, and SSRU.
The impactful outputs of collaboration projects and publications will be highlighted during this event, where ReNeU Logistics & Transportation will serve as the host and the College of Logistics and Supply Chain, SSRU
